God through TLJC turned the curse of Adam into a blessing

Since we are in the Easter Season that started with the vernal equinox on March 20 that was followed by the new moon on March 26, for the past month we have been studying the Jewish Calendar and Holy Days that are Regulated by the Moon and Stars that are used to determine the time of our Lord's crucifixion, burial, and his resurrection that we celebrate on Resurrection Sunday that is aka Easter.

We have seen that the Jewish Feasts that relate to the First Advent of TLJC are:

Passover (Pesach): Nisan 14, this year is on Wednesday (April 8, 2009) (the crucifixion of TLJC)

Unleavened Bread: Nisan 15. This year is on Thursday (April 9, 2009)

First Fruits: Nisan 18. This year is on Sunday (April 12, 2009) (the celebration of the resurrection of TLJC)

Pentecost (Shabuoth): Sivan 6, This year on Sunday (May 31, 2009) (The Holy Spirit was sent, beginning the Church age)

Continuing in our study regarding the events that occurred as a result of our Lord's Crucifixion, Burial and Resurrection.

The Cross resolves the angelic conflict and provides the basis for the defeat of Satan by proving the justice of God with what was needed to make satan a footstool for TLJC.

The "power of death" that Satan holds over mankind refers to his dominion over all those who are Spiritually dead because if their unbelief.

As we have seen in our study of Job, Satan only has the power of physical death when the sovereignty of God permits it.

All members of the human race are born physically alive but at birth, they are simultaneously Spiritually dead to God. It is through their spiritual death at physical birth that all mankind unknowingly enters the Kingdom of Satan at birth. (John 8:44;)

Ever since he seized the rulership of the earth from Adam, Satan has held mankind in bondage through Spiritual death in the same way that a kidnapper might retain custody of a brainwashed victim until they are released.

Jesus Christ provided that release through His saving work on the Cross, where He paid the penalty all the sins of mankind. The Spiritual death of Christ propitiated the justice of God the Father so that anyone who believes in Christ is reconciled to God and delivered from the ruling power of Satan and freed so that they can become the servant of Christ.

Heb 2:15; And might free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives.

Satan's kingdom is made up of frightened people who have no security. Fear of death continually haunts them until a relationship with God is established by believing in TLJC, and then through positive volition to the PMA of Bible Doctrine they can come to appreciate their new position.

It is Spiritual death that shackles the unbeliever and, unknown to them, spiritual death is the actual basis and source for their fear.

Fear is not only a mental attitude sin, but it is a weak state of mind that comes from a lack of thought from the absolute truth of Divine revelation

Only when a person is rightly related to the Absolute God will they possess the assurance of thinking Bible Doctrine which casts out fear. 2Tim 1:7;

The mature believer's deliverance from fear occurs in five progressive stages:

Salvation through regeneration; Titus 3:5-7;

Freedom from the power of the sin nature through staying in the Spiritual life; Rom 8:4;

Freedom from the influence of evil, (Satan's thinking) through Spiritual growth from metabolized Bible Doctrine; John 8:31-32;

Deliverance through dying grace; Phil 1:21;

Deliverance through a resurrection body 1John 3:2;

Heb 2:16; for assuredly He does not give help to angels, but He gives help to the descendant of Abraham.

In order to resolve the angelic conflict, Christ had to become a man because the volition of man was the issue in determining the outcome in the angelic conflict.

At the Cross, Jesus provided salvation for mankind not for the angels. As a result, man who is inferior to the angels becomes superior to them by virtue of their union with TLJC that is one of the results of that salvation.

God receives the glory by taking lowly creatures and lifting them to an exalted position as the brother of Jesus Christ. Heb 2:11;b

Jesus Christ turned Adam's defeat into triumph and won back what Satan had captured in the Garden of Eden.

At the same time, by His Spiritual death, He made it possible for every person who is of Adam's race to have a relationship with God by a simple act of faith alone in the person of TLJC.

TLJC has therefore gained much more than Adam lost in the Garden and this was always His plan.

Isaiah sums this magnificent plan up in Isa 45:6-7;That men may know from the rising to the setting of the sun That there is no one besides Me. I am the Lord, and there is no other,
v7 The One forming light and creating darkness, Causing well-being and creating calamity; I am the Lord who does all these.
