Unconditional Impersonal Integrity Love is the greatest power in the universe

In our study of how the resurrection, ascension and session of our Lord impacted the spiritual life of believers in the Church Age we are discussing the two opposite systems, the arrogance of the Cosmos empowered by the OSN and the Grace of the Royal Law that is empowered by God the Holy Spirit.

We left off last time with the idea that the royal law is fulfilled in three dispensations. It was fulfilled by any Israelite who used the fourth stage of the faith-rest drill and became a plaintiff before the supreme court of heaven.

It was fulfilled by the Lord Jesus Christ during the hypostatic union.

It is fulfilled by every Church Age believer who uses impersonal integrity love as a problem solving device.

2Cor 5:14, "For the love of Christ motivates us, having reached this conclusion, namely that one died as a substitute for all, therefore all died (spiritual death at birth);

v15 in fact He died a substitute for everyone, that they who live should no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died as a substitute for them and rose again."

This love of Christ that we refer to as "occupation with Christ" is the highest motivation that can exist.

It was personal love for God the Father that gave our Lord His staying power on the Cross. It is that same personal love for God the Father that we have as we enter into this spiritual life as we fulfill the principle of being filled with the Spirit on a daily basis.

The same power that kept Jesus Christ on the Cross is now available to us. This power to endure is the combination of personal love for God the Father and impersonal or integrity love for all mankind.

Suffering plus this power to endure the suffering equals sharing the happiness of God. Heb 12:2-4;

The greatest happiness in life (the happiness of God) comes to us when we can endure the adversity that aligns with our personal sense of destiny because it creates great happiness.

This means that believers do not have capacity for the test that produces this "happiness of God" until they have used metabolized Bible Doctrine to establish their very own personal sense of destiny.

During the dispensation of the Hypostatic Union. Jesus was the first to completely function under The Royal Law.

Jesus quoted the royal law in the dispensation of the hypostatic union in Matt 19:19, "Honor your father and your mother and love your neighbor as yourself."

Matt 22:36-39, "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?

v37 And He replied to him, "'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, even with all your soul and with all your thinking.

v38 ' This is the great and foremost commandment.

v39 "The second is like it, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'"

In these two great commandments we have exactly what occurred on the cross because we have His personal love for God the Father and His impersonal love for all mankind.

On the Cross, our Lord fulfilled the royal law because of His personal love for God the Father He accepted the judgment of every sin in human history in His human nature.

He made it clear that the royal law is always related to the spiritual life because it was through his spiritual life that he was able to maintain his impeccability while receiving the imputation and the judgment of the sins of the entire world.

When He did this, He extended the principle of one's neighbor to every member of the human race because he died on behalf of everyone.

In the case of Jesus Christ on the Cross, the integrity of our Lord was greater than the obnoxiousness of all the sins of the human race. In His royal integrity, Jesus Christ met the imputation of the sins of history with the divine solution of impersonal or integrity love that is the maximum expression of the royal law.

He did not seek revenge or bear a grudge. Luke 23:34;

Jesus Christ who was the greatest person who ever lived, had to receive unfair treatment from God the Father who loved Him because He was impeccable.

In spite of this unfair treatment the greatest love expressed by both the Father and the Son continued to function. God the Father imputed everyone's sins to TLJC in perfect love. Jesus willingly received the imputation of those sins in perfect reciprocal love.

This means that when anyone rejects Jesus Christ and remains in unbelief, they are rejecting the perfect love of God the Father and the perfect love of God the Son.

When one rejects the love of God they are also rejecting the righteousness of God. This is why the unbeliever remains in condemnation and as a result is consigned to the lake of fire. John 3:18,36;

Since the unbeliever has rejected God's love and God's righteousness, God has no choice but to consign them to the lake of fire.

The doctrine of impersonal love is the basis for the royal law for the royal family of God.

Gal 5:14, "For the entire Law is fulfilled in one mandate, `You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'"

In this verse, impersonal love for all mankind is related to the believer's function in spiritual self-esteem. The royal law is a mandate for the church as royal family of God.

The impersonal love of the royal law implies that spiritual self- esteem is necessary because impersonal love is never threatened by hostility, by hatred, by enmity, by any form of antagonism, or anything that is done unjustly. 1John 4:18;

This is possible because spiritual self-esteem recognizes that there is nothing that happens apart from the permissive will of God and that God is working everything for the good of the believer who loves God. Rom 8:28;

The Royal Law demands this impersonal integrity love.

Rom 13:8; "Owe nothing to anyone except to love one another; for when he loves the other, he has fulfilled the (royal) law (impersonal love for all mankind)."

Fulfilling the royal law is impersonal love for all. Personal love for God the Father is the motivation for this impersonal love for all.

Rom 12:17-21; "Never pay back evil for evil to anyone. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all mankind.

v18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live in harmony with all mankind.

v19 Beloved, stop avenging yourselves, but make a place for the punishment from God, for it stands written, `Punishment belongs to Me, I will repay,' says the Lord.

v20 So if your enemy is hungry, feed him, and if he is thirsty, give him a drink; for by doing this you will pile coals of fire on his head (judgment from the supreme court of heaven).

v21 Stop being conquered by evil, but conquer evil by means of the absolute good (impersonal love)."

James describes impersonal love as the royal law of the Church. James 2:8; "If, however, you are fulfilling the royal law on the basis of the Scripture, `You shall love your neighbor as yourself,' you are doing the right thing in the right way."

Now that Jesus Christ has gone to the Cross one's "Neighbor" refers to the entire human race because he is in the process of drawing everyone toward him. John 12:32;

When motivated by personal love for God the Father and impersonal love for all mankind the Church Age believer is fulfilling the royal law under the principle of the protocol plan of God where a right thing must be done in a right way for the right reason at the right time.

Therefore, instead of trying to solve any problem by reacting with a sin, we solve it through the function of the spiritual life that has been given to us.

Paul recognized this in Gal 5:14; when he wrote, "For the entire Law is fulfilled in one doctrine, `You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'"

We see from this that the impersonal love of the royal law is a major problem solving device of the spiritual life.

When believers try to solve a problem with a sin, they end up with a greater sin and thereby become subject to for greater discipline than the person who initiated the sinning.

Instead of meeting a sin with a sin contrary to the royal law, impersonal love meets a sin with a divine solution, which is exactly what Jesus Christ did on the Cross.

By doing this, Jesus Christ fulfilled the royal law as no one else in history could and became the role model for the church age believer. 1John 4:17;

When this protocol is implemented the integrity of the subject is greater than the obnoxiousness of the object and the royal law is fulfilled and God is glorified.

The integrity of the subject is established in personal love for God and demonstrated visibly by impersonal love for all mankind. John 13:35;

This means that impersonal love cannot function as a problem solving device unless the believer has first attained personal love for God.

Since contradictions cannot exist in the spiritual life of the Church Age and the function of the royal law, the believer cannot deploy this Divine power without understand how it works.

Mastering the concepts of the royal law therefore enables the believer to define the function and the mechanics of the spiritual life in their relationships with people.

Post-salvation renovation of the thinking demands that the rate of learning Bible doctrine exceed the rate of forgetting it. This is because believers cannot apply what they do not know or cannot recall. Believers cannot apply doctrine that they have forgotten or that has been buried under the scar tissue of the soul because of negative volition.
