Lam 3:21-25; I recall this (God's Word of truth) to my mind, and it gives me confidence. Because The Lord's mercy never fails; His grace provisions never cease, they are renewed every morning; Great is Your faithfulness... Therefore I have hope in Him. The Lord is good to those who wait silently on Him.
In our study of the doctrine of the winner believer. Heb 12:2; Rev 2:7; Winner believers are the unknown, unsung heroes of history. 2Cor 6:9; who are the targets of God's grace imputations and the reason that God continues to support the human race.
We are now in a study of the portfolio of invisible assets that are available to believers based on Jesus' work on the cross and conveyed on the basis of grace and faith.
We noted that the personal portfolio of invisible spiritual assets is part of "the substructure of things not seen." However they can be "seen" under the ministry of God the Holy Spirit by means of faith aka spiritual perception. 1Cor 2:15-16;
There are at least four categories of assets in your portfolio of invisible spiritual assets. The primary assets are the escrow blessings and the assets of election and predestination that provide the position and the enabling power for the believer to learn God's Word that is communicated by a pastor teacher under the ministry of God the Holy Spirit.
Believers function under the grace policy of God's protocol plan through their use of the assets of election and predestination. This is where the believer learns about who and what God is and what He has provided for every believer as a member of the new spiritual species on the basis of what Jesus did on the cross. Gal 6:14-16;
This position in union with Christ aka "in Christ" combined with the ministry of God the Holy Spirit is what enables the believer to learn about these invisible spiritual assets. John 16:13-15;
When believers who are functioning under this system learn enough doctrine to possess the cognitive self confidence of spiritual self-esteem, they understand what the apostle Paul was describing in Eph 3:16-20;
Election and predestination means that every believer has equal privilege and equal opportunity to do this. There is no equal privilege and equal opportunity anywhere else in time or eternity.
No human government or legislation can provide equal privilege and opportunity because no legislation (law) has the power to control the lust patterns of the old sin nature. Rom 8:3-8;
As long as people have an old sin nature and function outside of the power options of God the Holy Spirit and Bible Doctrine that are exclusively available to believers in union with Christ they will think in terms of prejudice, antagonism, superiority, and inferiority.
This is why the world will be constantly at war and have frequent natural and man-made disasters until Jesus returns. Matt 24:6-8
On the day we believed in Jesus Christ, God did at least forty things for us. Through the baptism of the Spirit, our lives were changed positionally when we were entered into union with Christ. Being a member of God's royal family, we have equal privilege as God's heirs. Gal 3:28-29;
People look on the outward appearance but God looks on the heart or our thinking that is what comprises the inner life and is whom we really are. What you think is who you really are.
Once we believe and understand that this equal privilege in union with Christ that is revealed in God's Word of truth is for real it completely changes our thinking. Ezek 11:19-20; 2Cor 5:17;
God's Word teaches us not to look at ourselves as being superior or inferior because of any human factors, such as gender, skin color, nationality, genetics, success of failure, or economic status because these factors are all derived from arrogance of satan's lie.
The basis of all lies is arrogance and satan is the father of arrogance so he is the father of lies. John 8:44; Since God and Jesus Christ are truth satan and his world system are at war with God, Jesus Christ and anyone who believes God's Word of truth instead of satan's lie. John 15:18-19;
Satan and His minions start with propaganda, lies, deceit, innuendo and accusation and when that doesn't work they resort to murder. Zech 3:1; Matt 27;12; Rev 12:10c; This is how the natural man thinks which is why the natural man is opposed to the truth.
We see this dichotomy displayed by the way the Scribes and Pharisees treated the woman "caught" in adultery versus the way Jesus treated her.
John 8:3-11; The Pharisees were "natural" and Jesus was "spiritual."
