Psalm 73; The doctrine of the cosmic system part 47

Youtube video: https://youtu.be/eyT6NDur8sw

Psa 73 a psalm for believers at this time because of the massive demonic inversion of thought from the public lie that seems to have taken control over at least half of our nation's citizens.

v1 A psalm by Asaph. Certainly God is good to Israel, and to those whose motives are pure!

v2 But as for me, my feet almost slipped; my feet almost slid out from under me.

v3 For I envied those who are proud, as I observed the prosperity of the wicked.

v4 For they suffer no pain; their bodies are strong and well-fed.

v5 They are immune to the trouble common to men; they do not suffer as other men do.

v6 Arrogance is their necklace, and violence their clothing.

v7 Their prosperity causes them to do wrong; their thoughts are sinful.

v8 They mock and say evil things; they proudly threaten violence.

v9 They speak as if they rule in heaven, and lay claim to the earth.

v10 Therefore they have more than enough food to eat, and even suck up the water of the sea.

v11 They say, "How does God know what we do? Is the sovereign one aware of what goes on?"

v12 Take a good look! This is what the wicked are like, those who always have it so easy and get richer and richer.

v13 I concluded, "Surely in vain I have kept my motives pure and maintained a pure lifestyle.

v14 I suffer all day long, and am punished every morning."

v15 If I had publicized these thoughts, I would have betrayed your loyal followers.

v16 When I tried to make sense of this, it was troubling to me.

v17 Then I entered the precincts of God's temple, and understood the destiny of the wicked.

v18 Surely you put them in slippery places; you bring them down to ruin.

v19 How desolate they become in a mere moment! Terrifying judgments make their demise complete!

v20 They are like a dream after one wakes up. O Lord, when you awake you will despise them.

v21 Yes, my spirit was bitter, and my insides felt sharp pain.

v22 I was ignorant and lacked insight; I was as senseless as an animal before you.

v23 But I am continually with you; you hold my right hand.

v24 You guide me by your wise advice, and then you will lead me to a position of honor.

v25 Whom do I have in heaven but you? I desire no one but you on earth.

v26 My flesh and my heart may grow weak, but God always protects my heart and gives me stability.

v27 Yes, look! Those far from you die; you destroy everyone who is unfaithful to you.

v28 But as for me, God's presence is all I need. I have made the sovereign Lord my shelter, as I declare all the things you have done.

We are presently in a study of satan's cosmic system that is a system of arrogant demonic thinking that is comprised of the lies and deceit from demonic viewpoint that since the fall in the Garden of Eden, apart from God in the darkness of spiritual death has become the basis of the thinking of the entire human race. 1Cor 2:14; Rev 12:9;

When we stopped last time we were noting categories of authority arrogance that include but are not limited to impulsive arrogance, institutional arrogance, and conspiracy arrogance.

Impulsive arrogance occurs when someone who has been delegated power or authority by God abuses it. This occurred when David used his power as king and commander-in-chief of the Jewish army to murder Uriah the Hittite.

It occurred when Elijah on Mount Carmel used his newly acquired political power to murder the prophets of Baal and it occurred when Peter used his power and authority to encourage legalism in Antioch when he went along with the hypocrisy of racial discrimination against the Gentiles in the church at Antioch, Gal 2:11-13;

Impulsive arrogance comes from having more authority or power than you have the capacity for so instead of producing a sense of responsibility and challenge to leadership, it produces arrogance.

Such a person has no capacity for authority, and no sense of responsibility toward God or others in relationship to that authority. He relates that authority only to himself and uses the authority for his own personal advancement rather than to fulfill the purpose and policy of the organization.

On the other hand, a person can have no responsibility or authority but possess power and therefore have the ability to manipulate people so that they feel guilty with the result that they develop impulsive arrogance.

This is what the fake news media is presently doing in our nation and it causes people to enter into conspiracy arrogance like the public lie that they have created about our president and Russia.

Institutional arrogance is the function of authority arrogance in conspiracy against any legitimate organization or designated leader. All legitimate organizations have three principles of normal function: authority, a purpose, and a policy.

Institutional arrogance attacks one or more of these three principles of organizational function. Institutional arrogance assigns more importance to self, the opinions of self, and self-righteousness, and thereby undermines the authority, attacks the purpose, and seeks to destroy the policy of a legitimate organization.

Changes in purpose and policy of an organization must be accompanied by consensus or respectful approach to authority through some form of formal grievance process.

The attempt to bring about changes in authority, purpose, or policy of an organization through any function that undermines the designated authority is almost always associated with some form of arrogance.

Legitimate institutions that are vulnerable to arrogance include the following: government; business organizations and corporations; professional organizations such as school systems, police and fire departments, law firms, medical center, hospital organizations, engineering firms, military establishment; social and fraternal organizations; civic clubs; and local churches.

When a person uses their own free will to apply for and are hired for a job and after they get there they don't like the authority so they attack the very purpose for which the organization was founded, and they attack its policy and authority when they don't like something. But what gives them that right?

Nothing, they are there to follow the purpose, policy and authority of the organization. They are not the issue. Their job is to carry out the mission of the company or organization; therefore, they are to obey authority and do their job.

When they are on the job, what they think is not important. What is important is the purpose, the policy, and the authority of the organization. Unless a person is in a position of legitimate authority their opinion is totally inconsequential.

Institutional arrogance is disorientation to life in the area of legitimate institutions. It is the proud conclusion that an organization cannot get along without you. (this arrogance occurs in those with less authority), or the arrogant conclusion that you carry the organization ( this arrogance occurs with those who have higher authority).

So institutional arrogance occurs in two ways: The person who succeeds in an organization and distorts that success into a system of pride and assumption and the person who does not succeed in an organization and assumes that he is a victim of organizational discrimination.

Everyone encounters the temptations of institutional arrogance when overlooked, maltreated, are placed under an inferior or what we consider to be a jackass authority.

(This is what happened to the leaders of Obama's intelligence agencies, his injustice department and his Federal Bureau of Inquisition when Trump was elected instead of Hillary).

If a person succumbs to this temptation they are moved into conspiracy arrogance and their life will become completely miserable and ultimately be destroyed.

Conspiracy arrogance is the function of a mutual admiration society that arrogantly assumes the right to overthrow the legitimate authority that God has permitted to be established. Rom 13:1-2;

The mutual admiration society is comprised of two categories of arrogant subjectivity. It is comprised of the arrogant who posses aggressive subjectivity and the inadequate who posses passive subjectivity.
