Psa 52:1-5;Net Why do you boast about your evil plans, O powerful man? God's unfailing love protects me all day long!

v2 Your tongue carries out your destructive plans; it is as effective as a sharp razor, O deceiver.

v3 You love evil more than good, lies more than speaking the truth. (Selah)

v4 You love to use all the words that destroy, and the tongue that deceives.

v5 Yet God will make you a permanent heap of ruins. He will scoop you up and remove you from your home; he will uproot you from the land of the living. (Selah)

We are presently in a study of satan's cosmic system that is a system of arrogant demonic thinking that is comprised of lies and deceit from demonic viewpoint thinking that since the fall in the Garden of Eden, separated from God in the darkness of spiritual death has become the viewpoint of the entire human race. 1Cor 2:14; Rev 12:9;

At this point in our study we are examining the various manifestations of the arrogance complex. We have noted that arrogance makes the unbeliever susceptible to demon possession and the believer susceptible demon influence.

We are presently looking at the arrogance of unhappiness and had noted the basis for capacity for happiness is believing truth that only comes from learning and applying God's Word of truth.

Which is why Paul stated in Rom 12:3; "For I say through the grace which has been given to me to everyone who is among you: Stop thinking of self in terms of arrogance, beyond the point of what you ought to think, but think in terms of sanity for the purpose of being rational without illusion, as God has assigned to each one a standard of thinking from doctrine."

Being "rational without illusion" is capacity. God has assigned to you a standard of thinking that creates capacity for happiness. Without capacity there is no happiness.

Capacity begins with the cognitive self-confidence of spiritual self-esteem, continues in cognitive independence of spiritual autonomy, and is brought to completion in the cognitive invincibility of spiritual maturity.

Happiness is thinking, it is not doing or being stimulated. The thinking standard for happiness is doctrine, and that explains why so many believers are miserable; they don't know enough doctrine or if they do know it they don't recall it for application.

Happiness is a system of thought in the soul, it is a system of thinking that is comprised of Bible doctrine, it is not a pleasant circumstance or stimulation.

The person with happiness can enjoy pleasure and stimulation while remaining in a state of humility inside Gods spiritual power system and have the maximum possible happiness.

Happiness is never disappointed because happiness is the greatest problem-solving device.

Happiness is a state of the soul, it not something someone or something can do for you. Many people stand around waiting for others to make them happy but that is not possible because wherever you are you bring your own happiness.

The arrogance of unhappiness gives nothing and demands everything because it functions on the basis of entitlement.

The arrogance of unhappiness is one of the biggest problems we have in our country today and left unchecked it will eventually destroy our country.

Happiness is not associated with the hypocrisy and flattery of entitlement.

Happiness actually comes from the humility created from the perception, metabolization, and application of doctrine that is taught by the pastor in the local assembly of the church.

For the unbeliever, avoidance of the cosmic system through adherence to the laws of divine establishment produces honor, integrity, and capacity for love, life and happiness.

With humility an unbeliever can have great happiness in life from the humility created by compliance with the laws of Divine establishment.

For the believer, only life under the mentorship of God the Holy Spirit with Bible doctrine resident in the soul can provide happiness, Prov 3:13.

Psa 144:15; says that from the point of your salvation, you have the potential for happiness.

The Hebrew word "esher" translated blessed in the NASB and NET is equivalent to the Greek word "makarios" that we have previously noted that is also translated blessed in the NASB refers to inner happiness that is based on one's relationship with God that is not dependent on good circumstances. Net note 34

Happiness in life depends positive volition to God's unfailing love. Psa 31:7; "I will be happy in your unfailing love."

John 17:13; reveals that our Lord Jesus Christ in His humanity inside the prototype divine power system reached the peak of happiness. We have the same potential for happiness 1John 1:4.

Fake-happiness comes from self-righteousness, Luke 11:27; True happiness comes from function under the mentorship of God the Holy Spirit inside God's spiritual power system Luke 11:28;

Phil 4:11-13; Paul explains that true happiness is something that we learn because it is a system of thinking. Without Divine viewpoint that is learned from listening, guarding and obeying God's word there is no capacity for true happiness. Luke 11:28;

Psa 89:15-17; NET describes a client nation that is comprised of a group of people with inner happiness, doctrine, establishment, honor, and integrity in their soul.

The "joyful shout" is a way of describing their worship of God under a system of enforced humility from authority and discipline from God's word that is the basis for developing capacity for happiness.

This brings us to the next manifestation of arrogance from satans cosmic system, iconoclastic arrogance that is based on subjective preoccupation with others.

Unhappiness can come from both preoccupation with self and preoccupation with others. Iconoclastic arrogance deals with the problems that come from relating to others.

An iconoclast is a person who destroys icons or images. However, iconoclastic arrogance is defined as subjective preoccupation with others while living in cosmic one arrogance.

Iconoclastic arrogance is the arrogance of disillusion with regard to people with whom you have contact or who are in your periphery.

Iconoclastic arrogance is based on disenchantment with people. This means you were once enchanted with them because you once had a tremendous admiration for them from your own free will but then somehow you became disillusioned with them so you slander them to destroy them.
