John 8:31-32; Hosea 4:6;;The doctrine of Cosmic 2 part 8

John 8:31-32; So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, "If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."

The assault on God's Word of truth in our county is destroying our freedom because there is no capacity for freedom when the citizens of the nation have rejected God's Word of truth.

Hosea 4:6; my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.

We are in a study of satan's cosmic system, a system of arrogant demonic thinking that is comprised of lies and deceit from demonic viewpoint that since the fall in the Garden of Eden, separated from God in the darkness of spiritual death has become the viewpoint of the entire human race. 1Cor 2:14; Rev 12:9;

At this point in our study we are looking at satan's cosmic 2 system where irrationality, disillusionment and discontent from operating in cosmic 1 arrogance metastasizes into hatred, hostility, and antagonism toward God, God's people, God's policy and God's plan.

Last time we noted that satan's cosmic system can be escaped in two ways. For the unbeliever escape is via personal faith in Jesus Christ and for the believer escape is via the function of the rebound technique.

Rebound is a grace decision that is exclusive of merit that simply acknowledges the reality that satan's cosmic system is entered through personal sin. We get into the cosmic system by sinning; we get out of the cosmic system by naming any known sin as a function of our spiritual priesthood.

Believers who never learn to rebound spend their whole life in passive and active evil. There is no way a believer can execute God's plan with natural human ability; it can only be executed by God's power.

God does the work in accord with doctrine (faith) on the basis of grace, God is glorified and man is the beneficiary apart from any human merit. 2Cor 4:7; 2Cor 8:9-10;

Human good and evil were not judged on the cross because they must remain an issue in the extension of the angelic conflict throughout human history that ends with the judgment of all human good being judged at the Great White Throne. Rev 20:12;

This is the judgment where all unbelievers are thrown into the lake of fire forever. Fallen angels are thrown into the lake of fire on the basis of the judgment of their evil. Rev 20:10,15;

Sin is not an issue at the Last Judgment; the only issue is rejection of Christ. The condemnation is confirmed by proving that being a "good" person and doing human good things cannot save anyone.

When functioning inside God's spiritual power system the believer cannot sin. The reason is that God the Holy Spirit runs God's spiritual power system so as long as the believer always follows the lead of the Holy Spirit no sin is committed. 1John 5:18; 2Cor 5:21;

When we decide to use our free volition to reject the lead of the Holy Spirit that decision is made outside of God's spiritual power system and places the believer into one or both of satan's cosmic systems where the believer becomes vulnerable to thinking demonic viewpoint that results in sin and evil. Gal 5:16-18;

When we as believers succumb to the temptations of the old sin nature we, give our own personal consent to come under demonic influence. This same choice results in the unbeliever giving consent to being demon influenced or demon possessed.

The old sin nature is the snare that tempts us to enter into the cosmic system but we always have the option of making a free will choice to escape. Escape from cosmic involvement results from a decision made from the position of strength that God's Word of truth provides under the mentorship of God the Holy Spirit.

The choice to believe in Jesus Christ extracts the unbeliever from the cosmic system and the choice to rebound extracts the believer from the cosmic system. Rom 5:21; John 3:36; 1John 1:9;

Both cosmic one and cosmic two are entered through rejection of truth but the category of negative volition that is expressed determines whither the entry will be into cosmic one or cosmic two.

Negative volition in cosmic one always results from arrogance and preoccupation with self, but does not necessarily indicate antagonism or hatred toward God, His Word and His people who represent and communicate it.

Negative volition in cosmic two is the direct result of hostility and hatred toward God's Word and toward God's people who represent and communicate it.

The volitional choice to enter cosmic one can come from indifference to doctrine or having the wrong priorities from arrogance.

The volitional choice to enter into cosmic two comes from open antagonism, hatred and hostility toward God or His people who represent, subscribe to and communicate God's Word of truth.

This is why anti-Semitism is an excellent example of cosmic two. The increased vitriol and hatred that we are experiencing in our nation at this time is because so many people who were previously were only involved with the arrogance of cosmic one are now becoming more and more involved with the hatred and antagonism of cosmic two.
