This means that anyone who manufactures the public lie is under liability for divine discipline. This liability does not stop with the originator of the public lie but as we have seen extends to everyone who believes it.
The reason for believing the public lie is often found in the sins of the arrogance complex such as jealousy, bitterness, hatred, vindictiveness, implacability, and revenge.
This means that both the origin of the public lie and believing the public lie is always rooted in mental attitude sins and evil motivation.
The public lie is where evil people find compatibility with other evil people and every form of evil that involves blackout of the soul, emotional revolt of the soul, and scar tissue of the soul, that produces garbage in the subconscious mind.

People who originate the public lie have inordinate ambition and are motivated by power, approbation, and revenge lust to destroy someone else or to control their environment and the people in it.

They often by employing deceitful compliments and saying things they do not really mean because the public lie is designed to control and manipulate others through the use of deceit, innuendo and accusation for the purpose of destroying their opposition through character assassination.

In the spiritual realm the public lie is deployed when a jealous believer slanders another believer. In the social realm the public lie is deployed when an implacable believer takes revenge on another believer.
In the political realm the public is deployed when people with inordinate ambition combined with inordinate competition attempt to use vilification to destroy their political opposition.
There are many public lies deployed in the realm of ideas, including the idea that communism is good, that socialism works, that ruining the environment will destroy the earth, that crime can be stopped without capital punishment, that freedom can exist without military victory, or that the Jews (or any other race) are the cause of the world's problems.
Some of the consequences of believing the public lie include: If you believe the lie, you live by the lie with the result that your life becomes a lie and you will die by the lie.
Believing the lie and living by the lie creates an environmental handicap for the believer. People who live by the lie are immature, childish people who are ruled by their emotions because the OSN controls their thinking.
The only way to break the power of the evil environmental handicap that is created by the public lie can be broken is by consistent cognition and inculcation of absolute reality from doctrinal truth.
