In our study of the doctrine of freedom. John 8:32: Gal 5:1; We have noted that positive volition to any aspect of God's Word of truth creates freedom because God imputes grace through the divine decree to bless positive volition to truth and discipline negative volition to truth. Lam 3:21-23; James 4:6;

We noted that positive volition to divine establishment truth provides for temporal human freedom, positive volition toward the truth of the Gospel creates spiritual freedom and positive volition to the truth of Bible Doctrine creates experiential spiritual freedom and spiritual advance.

Establishment truth therefore establishes freedom in the national entity in the devil's world. Under the principles of divine establishment every person has free volition so they have the right to be wrong but when their negative volition metastases to the point they meddle with and violate the God given freedom, privacy or property of others their free negative volition becomes criminal.

We noted that the two enemies of freedom in the national entity are criminality and criminal nations that are run by criminals who establish and maintain policies within the nation that violate divine establishment principles.

Within the nation criminality is the enemy of freedom so we have taken up the doctrine of criminality.

Last time we noted that Judas Iscariot was a criminal who used the facade of hypocrisy to cover his malfeasance. John 12:3-6;

v3 "Mary therefore took a pound of very expensive, genuine spikenard ointment, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair; and the house was filled with the fragrance of the ointment.

v4 But Judas Iscariot, one of His disciples, who intended to betray Him, said,
v5 `Why was this ointment not sold for three hundred denarii (eleven months wages), and given to the poor?'

v6 Now he said this, not because he was concerned about the poor, but because he was a thief, and he had the money box, and used to steal what was put into it."

We see from this that criminals often advance their hidden criminal agenda by hiding it behind the facade of being a do-gooder.

Criminals are irrational. Their motive for crime against property is not money; their motive for sex crimes is not sex. In both cases the criminal is acting to assert control and superiority over a victim, over the authorities, or over the non-criminal way of life.

Arrogance is the actual motive for crime, not what is actually acquired by the crime because the criminal is motivated by thought.

This is also true of what normal people perceive as senseless violence. Actions that may appear senseless to a non-criminal are perfectly normal to the arrogant criminal, because it advances his desire to establish superiority and control over others.

This is why the terrorist criminals engage in what normal people consider to be senseless violence. The criminal is acting to assert control over his victim. This is where criminals and revolutionaries meet to form a cabal for advancing their cause in revolution.

The criminal feels superior when he hurts others. The criminal avoids the "zero state" by trying to get revenge on society for not admiring him. This includes the idea of going down in a blaze of glory.

Criminals would prefer to live one day in the spotlight, than 100 years in obscurity. The criminal rejects legitimate power and authority and cannot stand the normal routines of life.

Criminal arrogance therefore disregards normal responsibilities and if the criminal is religious they blame their criminality on God. Religion enables the criminal to cloak himself in a mantle of respectability. This is what the terrorist criminals are doing today. They cloak themselves with Islam.

Most criminals came from stable families, where the parents have lived together, raised their children, and have experienced the normal functions of life.

In spite of this the child made the free volitional choice to follow a criminal path and even rejected those who attempted to show them affection and try to help them stabilize their life.

They blame their parents for their choice to use their volition to commit crime. They don't care about their parents; they only use them as an excuse for what they do.

The parents did not reject the criminal child; the child criminal rejected the parents. The criminal also rejects his siblings, rather than they him.

The criminal child surrounds itself with a mantle of secrecy. Early in life they develop a secret life. Lying is a major part of this secret life. He sets himself apart from others and keeps to himself in order to keep his criminal activities secret.

He lacks deep friendships and rejects being friends with responsible children. He does not maintain relationships. He does not know how be responsible with people because he only uses people.

Crime does not come to or force itself upon a child. It is not the neighborhood; it is not association with bad company. Rather a child decides very early who he wants to be with, and what kind of a life he wants to lead. He makes choices all along the way, and the criminal patterns being developed are identifiable early in life.

Criminality is not the product of environment it is the product arrogant thinking and negative volition that result in self-fragmentation.

God's Word tells us that some criminals become believers. Eph 4:28a, "He has been stealing up to now, must stop stealing and get a job..."

This passage informs us that the born-again criminal can make the break from crime. Recovery requires daily decisions over a long period of time. It is more difficult for an unbeliever to recover because of unbroken OSN control of the unbeliever's soul.

The believer can stop because God's grace provides a way to comply with the mandate for spiritual growth through the perception, metabolization and application of Bible doctrine that renovates the believer's thinking.

Recovery requires more than just rebound. It requires the acquisition of a vast amount of doctrine that when believed and applied changes the criminal's entire way of thinking starting with their frame of reference.

Under the power of the filling ministry of God the Holy Spirit and Bible Doctrine the criminal's self-absorption is converted to occupation with Christ. His belief in his superiority over others is converted into impersonal unconditional love for others.


Criminality is permanently broken when the former criminal is sharing the happiness of God. Sharing the happiness of God provides fulfillment in life that eliminates the temptation for criminality.

This same system of thought renovation under the mentorship of God the Holy Spirit works for any kind or chronic aberrant behavior in life including drug addiction, alcoholism, homosexuality or any other kind of besetting sin.

Because of their negative volition criminals have a fundamentally different view of the world. Social conditions do not cause crimes. The criminal has made the choice to be criminal so he must be held completely accountable for his decisions and actions.


Criminals must learn to think differently so they can make different choices.

The criminal commits at least four categories of sins: murder, a sin against human life, kidnapping or assault that are personal sins against freedom, stealing, a sin against private property and rape, a sexual sin against freedom and property.

Some of the mandates in God's Word against criminal activity are given in Exod 20:13-17; Lev 19:11; Jer 7:9; John 10:10; Rom 2:21.

The lust patterns of the old sin nature cause the criminal to function in their criminal behavior pattern of anti-authority, anti-establishment as a liar, a con artist, a rapist, and a murderer.

Satanic liberal progressives attempt to rationalize criminal behavior by promoting misconceptions and lies about criminals and criminality. In the process they enable it rather than punish it.

They promote the lie that the criminal is mentally ill. Criminals learn to fool psychiatrists and the courts in order to serve "easy time" in a hospital with the prospects of getting released sooner. The criminal is anything but sick. His actions are rational, smart, calculating, and deliberate.

They promote the lie that criminals do not know right from wrong. The fact is that some criminals know the laws better than their lawyers. They believe that whatever they want to do at any given time is right for them so they do it because they have no regard for others.

They promote the lie that criminal activity is compulsive. The fact is that their crimes require logic and self-control. Criminality is habitual so it is not a compulsion.

The rationalize criminality by saying that some people act out of character and are seized by a sudden uncontrollable impulse disregarding the fact that the precedent for his crime was In his thinking.

Satanic liberals promote the lie that criminals are victims of poverty, broken homes, racism, or a society that denies them proper opportunities because of "white privilege" but crime knows no social boundaries.

Another lie is that social institutions such as schools and churches, contribute to crime. Institutions actually reduce crime by establishing legitimate systems of authority but the criminal rejects all legitimate authority.

They lie and assert that economic hard times cause people to turn to crime but most poor people are law abiding, and most kids from broken homes are not criminals.

Children may be neglected, but most of those who are never become criminals. Most employed people are not criminals. The reality is that most criminals just do not want to work and most will not work even when provided the opportunity to work because work bores them.

Criminals frequently claim that their parents rejected them. But rarely does a criminal say why they were rejected. Usually it is because they were sneaky, liars, defiant, and robbed their parents so they made life in the home unbearable. It was the criminal who rejected the authority of the parents and the parents; the parents rejected the criminal behavior but not the criminal.

The satanic liberal progressives lie when they allege that human character is easily shaped by external events. The reality is that the criminal is already thinking about committing crimes and has already made the decision to commit a crime before they ever read or see something in the media.

The satanic progressive liberals use this same kind of justification to blame the victims of terrorism rather than the terrorist criminals.

This is what the satanic progressive liberal executive branch of government that runs our country did when they tried to deceive the nation about the motivation for the attack and murders that took place in Benghazi Libya.

This brings us to a discussion of criminal nations that are the external enemy of freedom. There are two general categories of nations: those that are power oriented and function under some system of tyranny, and those nations that are freedom oriented and function under the laws of divine establishment.

Until Jesus Christ returns to rule the earth at the Second Advent, there will always be wars. Mark 13:5; Freedom from the encroachment of power-oriented nations only occurs if the freedom oriented nations choose to defeat the power oriented nations in war.
