In our study of the doctrine of the winner believer. Heb 12:2; Rev 2:7; We noted that winner believers are the unknown, unsung heroes of history. 2Cor 6:9; under the principle of not many wise or noble according to the flesh. 1Cor 1:26-29;

We also noted that no believer can execute the protocol plan of God and become an invisible hero and glorify God apart from the teaching ministry of God the Holy Spirit and the communication gift of the pastor-teacher. Eph 4:11-13;

This shows the importance of the pastor's exegetical, isagogical, categorical expository teaching of the mystery doctrine that belongs exclusively to the Church.

In the client nation visible heroes are related to the laws of divine establishment, their implementation by political leaders and their enforcement by the military and law enforcement while invisible heroes are related the invisible pivot of mature believers that are in the church.

Visible heroes are ineffective without invisible heroes under the principle of grace that mandates that as goes the believer, so goes the client nation to God.

We see from this that the church is inextricably connected to the security and prosperity of the client nation. In fact the church is the essential element or sine que non of the client nation. At his time in history most people don't understand this fact.

Since the winner is characterized by grace, maximizes God's grace and becomes the target of God's grace we will now take up a study on the doctrine of grace in the context of being a winner.

The winner is the believer who maximizes the conveyance of God's grace to them and those who are associated with them through their positive volition to God's Word of Truth.

God's Word has existed from eternity as God. John 1:1;

Positive Volition is the connection between God's Word and the conveyance of grace from God. This is why the mandate to believers is to grow in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 2Pet 3:18;

God's provision of grace is universally available to everyone John 1:14; John 3:17; 1John 2:2; but His grace is only conveyed to those with positive volition to doctrine it is withheld from those who are negative. John 3:18,36;

The winner understands that grace capacity from God's Word is the basis for blessing from God so they are consistent and persistent in their perception, metabolization and application of God's Word of truth.

Capacity from God's Word places demands on God' integrity for blessing because what the righteousness of God demands the justice of God must convey under the God's grace policy for there to be no inconsistency in God's essence.

This is why blessings from God are conveyed through an encapsulated pipeline that is unaffected by any circumstances from any source other than God. This is also why God's blessings are irrevocable. Rom 11:29; Luke 10:42;

The winner learns and understands that grace is all that God is free to do for man on the basis of what was done on the cross.

The winner also understands that God must be consistent. The winner understands that no characteristic of God's essence can be jeopardized or compromised. For example God's Love cannot compromise the righteousness and justice that comprise His Holiness.

The winner learns that for God not to jeopardize his essence His policy toward mankind must be grace and that means that propitiation is the work of Christ on the cross that frees God to bless mankind and that God cannot accept any works from man. Faith and Grace are mutually excusive of works Eph 2:8-9;

Grace is God's freedom and consistency to express His love through grace to mankind without compromising any of the attributes of His essence.

Under the principle of grace, God provides a series of blessings for man totally apart from man's merit, ability, planning, thinking, or energy.

Under the policy of grace, God gives and man receives. God does all the work and providing, while man does all the receiving and benefiting

In the concept of grace, everything depends on God's essence.

Under the mechanics of grace, man has a relationship with God in the status of perfection in the Garden of Eden before the fall and outside of the Garden of Eden after the fall.
