Heb 12:2; Rev 2:7; The doctrine of the winner part 47

Lam 3:21-25; I recall this (doctrine) to my mind, and it gives me confidence. Because The Lord's mercy never fails; His grace provisions never cease, they are renewed every morning; Great is Your faithfulness... Therefore I have hope in Him. The Lord is good to those who wait silently on Him.

In our study of the doctrine of the winner believer. Heb 12:2; Rev 2:7; We have noted that winner believers are the unknown, unsung heroes of history. 2Cor 6:9; who are the targets of God's grace imputations and the reason that God continues to support the human race.

We are now in a segment where we are discussing the doctrine of church age spirituality.

Last time we noted that the ministry of God the Holy Spirit in the believer sets up a continuous running battle between the Holy Spirit and the OSN over the control of the believer's volition. Gal 5:17; Rom 7:14-25;

The filling of the Holy Spirit engages the spiritual power system that God created for the new spiritual species. The spiritual power system is engaged or disengaged based on believer's volitional choices.

When the Holy Spirit controls the believer's soul, the believer is described as being spiritual that means the believer is "filled with" or "by means of" the Spirit.

When the believer is filled with God the Holy Spirit the believer is residing inside the exact same spiritual power system that God created for Jesus Christ's unglorified humanity.

God conveyed this spiritual power system to the new spiritual species that is comprised of those who are "in Christ" aka positionally in union with Christ on Pentecost 50 days after Jesus was resurrected. Acts 2:1-4;

Pentecost is the transliteration of the Greek word "pentekoste" that means fiftieth day. Lev 23:15-16;

The purpose for the filling of the Holy Spirit is to provide the spiritual power that is required for the execution of God's protocol plan for the new spiritual species that starts with the acquisition of God's Word of truth. John 14:26;

Just as the enabling power of the Holy Spirit is necessary for common and efficacious grace in salvation, the enabling power of the Holy Spirit is required for the cognition of God's Word as well as for it's application in the execution of God's protocol plan for the Church that is comprised of the new spiritual species.

Apart from the filling of the Spirit believers can do nothing that God will accept. This is the exact same the same principle that Jesus followed during His life on the earth in unglorified humanity. John 5:19; John 8:28;

We see from this that complying with God directive will by residing inside His spiritual power system not only relates to what we do but it also relates to when, where and how, and why we do what we do.

The filling of the Spirit is temporary in the sense that it is dependent on the volitional choice of the believer to follow the lead of the Holy Spirit rather than the OSN.

The believer's choice to use their volition to respond rationally with God's Word of truth through faith rest or react emotionally and sin determines whether the Holy Spirit or the OSN controls the believer's soul.

The Holy Spirit's control of the soul is also described as being "in fellowship" because the believer is listening to and complying with God the Holy Spirit's teaching of God's Word of truth.

When the believer rejects the mentorship of God the Holy Spirit and chooses to sin the believer rejects the fellowship of God the Holy Spirit because the believer is listening to and complying with the lust patterns of the OSN. James 1:13-16;

The non-meritorious rebound technique of 1 John 1:9 is the recovery procedure that God has provided for the believer recover the filling ministry of the Spirit and reenter God's spiritual power system that includes being in fellowship with God.

Inside God's spiritual power system, the filling and mentorship ministry of the Holy Spirit is the enabling power, that combines with the power of God's Word of truth for the execution of God's plan, purpose, and will for each of our lives.

God is perfect so His plan is perfect and His perfect plan demands a perfect power and a perfect protocol for its execution. Since God is perfect and we are imperfect so the policy of the plan is grace. Eph 2:8-10;

God's plan is executed through a positional and a relative concept. The filling of the Spirit is the positional concept. The relative concept is spiritual growth and momentum from the perception, metabolization, and application of God's Word of truth.

The filling of the Spirit is the work of God. It is God's grace provision that provides the believer with the spiritual power that is required for the execution of God's protocol plan.

The filling ministry of God the Holy Spirit is therefore the sine qua non of true spirituality. This means that regardless of what may people think, no one is spiritual unless they are filled with the Spirit by complying with God's mandates.

When a believer sins and subsequently rejects or neglects to use God's non-meritorious provision for recovery from OSN control of the soul some system of pseudo spirituality is inevitably developed as a substitute for true spirituality.

Pseudo spirituality is a false "spirituality" that is actually not spirituality at all. It is a system of human good and evil that is based on some system of rules created by man or some system of religion created by satan.
